Notes:

This recipe is like Dogfish Head's Midas Touch, but with a twist.

Tupelo honey source: http://www.floridatupelohoney.com/

"Grape Juice Concentrate" is actually Winexpert Concentrate, White Grape. The brix is for 1 gallon of concentrate. We will get 4 500ml bottles (2000 ml, about 1/2 a gallon).

Aim for 1.047 OG from grain.
1.107 is the *predicted* final gravity.

Add honey at end of boil (flameout)
Add 10 saffron threads at end of boil (flameout).
Add grape juice concentrate at end of boil (flameout.)

Ferment cool -- 65F
